Quote Request Privacy

This privacy notice covers Pine Cleaning quote enquiries and the Pine Cleaning Automation app, managed by ROZIKOV LLC for Pine Cleaning. It explains what information the app receives from Facebook and Instagram, why we use it, and how to request deletion.

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

For a cleaning enquiry, we receive the details you submit: name, phone number, optional email address, service ZIP code, furniture cleaning needs and preferred timing. During follow-up, you may choose to share a service address, notes or furniture photos. If you message Pine on Messenger or Instagram, the connected tools can receive your message, platform user identifier, timestamp and attachments.

INFORMATION FROM CONNECTED META ACCOUNTS

When a Pine operator authorizes the app, Meta may provide the operator's basic profile information, selected business or Page identifiers and granted permissions. Depending on the permissions granted and features enabled, the app can receive information about Pine's connected Pages, professional Instagram account, content, comments, messages, lead forms, advertising identifiers and performance statistics. This access is used for Pine's own business accounts. Granting access does not authorize the app to manage an unselected business account.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use enquiry details to respond, assess the cleaning needed, prepare a quote, organize follow-up and arrange service. We use connected-account information to identify the correct Pine account, manage its content and customer conversations, and understand advertising performance. Source and lead identifiers help match an enquiry to its advertisement and prevent duplicate processing. Technical records help operate, troubleshoot and protect the service.

A quote request does not confirm an appointment or charge you. Pricing and appointments are confirmed separately. Submitting a request does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated promotional messages. Automated tools can help route and organize requests; automatic customer-facing AI replies are not currently enabled in this app.

WHO HANDLES YOUR INFORMATION

Authorized Pine team members can access enquiries through Meta business tools and Pine's protected systems. Hosting and database providers used for the app include Railway and Supabase; they process information needed to run those systems. This notice is hosted by Squarespace. Information is shared with a provider only as needed for its part of the service. Customer enquiry data is not made public by the app. Content an authorized operator publishes to Pine's social accounts is public according to the selected Meta settings.

Meta separately handles information under its own Privacy Policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/. If a lead form offers a Messenger or Instagram conversation and you choose it, the submitted details may also appear in that conversation.

RETENTION AND YOUR CHOICES

We retain enquiry and service information as needed to handle the request, maintain related service records, resolve issues and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete information, or stop following up, by emailing info@pine-cleaning.com or calling (303) 990-6999. Please identify the enquiry using the contact details or request reference you used. We may need to verify that the request relates to your information. We will explain if a requested deletion is limited by records we must retain.

To request deletion of data received through Pine Cleaning Automation, use the same contact details and mention the app and your relevant Facebook or Instagram account or enquiry. You do not need to provide your Meta password or access token. Authorized operators can also revoke the app's access in Meta's business integration or connected-app settings. Revoking access stops future authorized access; contact Pine to request deletion of information already received. Copies retained by Meta or another independent platform are governed by that platform's own controls and policies.

VISITS TO THIS NOTICE

Squarespace receives technical information, including browser, device, network and IP address information, to operate this page. Website analytics may also collect pages visited, clicks, referring links and timestamps. Squarespace uses cookies and similar technologies as described at https://www.squarespace.com/privacy.

The main Pine website, separate booking or payment platforms and Meta describe their own additional practices in their respective privacy notices. This notice will be updated when the app's data practices change.
